Yin : We’ll end the day with a calming yin-style yoga practice. Yin yoga is a slower-paced style of yoga with postures held for longer periods of time, generally between 3-5 minutes. This soul-nourishing class will help to ease and integrate the energy from the day, settle the nervous system, release tension or emotion, and prepare you for a deep, peaceful, restful, and restorative sleep.
Optional reiki and therapeutic touch will be offered throughout practice for extra energetic healing!
We’ll start the morning with a vinyasa practice, infused with intention and breath work, to get our hearts open and energy flowing.
