Morning cacao blessing.

I got my period this morning so I decided to try my hand at making cacao for the first time (using the Buffalo Wombyn cacao I bought at the full moon circle this week). I did a little blessing and spent some time just appreciating being a woman. It felt really nice and I am so filled with gratitude, so I wanted to share :) I do have a question: I always get my period when the moon is in Capricorn... Does anyone know what that might mean for me?

Mmm so interesting that you always get your moon when the moon is in Capricorn! Where does Capricorn fall in your birth chart? Intuitively when I think of Capricorn I think of grounding deeply & moving through emotional deaths ❤️

This winter, my 6 year old daughter got influenza B. The doctors said to go home and rest. Her fever was spiking to 104 regularly abe resisiting intervention.

(Similar happened to me in fall but it was an unidentified virus)

When this happened, everything in me was searching for ways to support her (and myself when I was sick). I explored the old wives tales. Because what else are we…

Whenever I start feeling a little sick I make myself an apple cider vinegar tea with hot water and honey. In the summer I like to do huckleberry or elderberry shrubs (berry syrup, ACV, and club soda). Apple cider vinegar is a miracle worker!
