A gentle herbal blend crafted to support and nourish the immune and respiratory systems.

Directions:

Steep 2 tsp of herbs in 8oz cold water, to activate the marshmallow root for 5-10 minutes. (or overnight in fridge)

Next, warm the infusion and sweeten to desired taste. (Perhaps with raw, local honey for additional health benefits!)
