Cancellation Policy

Buffalo Wombyn as a group understands that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, no problem! Just please be mindful of the Cancellation Policy Information Below : - Please provide us at least a 24 Hour Notice to avoid a Cancelation Fee of $10.00 - Same Day No Call No Shows / 1 Hour before your appointment cancellation will result in an Additional Service Charge of $20 - All Services are Non-Refundable Buffalo Wombyn does want to ensure we have open communication on our end - Therefore we do send an appointment reminder via text 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to help ensure the appointment still works with your schedule. We do understand that Medical / Family Emergencies do occur - Please Notify Us and the Cancelation Fee will be determined to be waved.
